 Not my first choice photo for this challenge but I thought i'd see how it would do...

Take a leaf,
Levels,
Contrast,
Shadow/highlight,
Midtone contrast,
USM
Resize
USM again

If this was advanced i would have got rid of the other leaf in the bottom left and the bright light at the top, but you can't have everything now can you?

As Larry says it is a great photo - you do moody b&w's very well. Only small nitpick is that the leaf tip is resting on the border - would have preferred it to be hanging. But what do I know?!!

Nice work on the background bokeh. I find that little leaf showing in the bottom right to be distracting. I do like the extra branch hanging at the top (middlish area)
