Congrats on your Posthumous Blue! I had given this a nine, and I'm really happy that it got the recognition it deserves, if not in the score, than with the P. Ribbon. :) AWEsome. The shot tells a great story. |

a perfect, complete novel/poem/movie contained in one fragment. strangely dark, haunting. We identify with the dog instead of the man, who seems unknowable.

I like photos where you wonder what is being thought... I wonder what the dog is thinking? Technically not up there with the best in the category of expert post production, but an interesting composition, so the eye's have it! |

There is a story here, a connection, real or not. The dog wants to follow but is waiting for the invitation...will it come or not, we will never know. |

I find myself more interested in the dog than the person. |

I know you wanted to show the person and the dog, but it would have been super if you had been able to capture the person's feet... |

the leaf out of focus in the foreground reminds me that i'm just an observer to this scene. i kind of like it. i just love the way the dog looks behind him and his face dark without any details. |
