| There doesn't seem to be much going on here. It looks a lot like a test shot. Night in the city is always beautiful, to translate that to a photograph requires a little bit more. |

| Nice shot - Like the tones - Nice clouds - I think cropping off all that uninteresting foreground would really make this a stronger image. Right up to the very base of the bride on the left. |
