Thank you for the comments. I used a different program to sharpen my photo and accidentally oversharpened it, I think. Could that be what caused the noise and graininess?
I'm new to all this.

I think that this is just a shot. Not really in competition with some of the others in this challenge. There have been a few shots that have been pushed to the limit to meet the challenge. While IMO this does meet the challenge, it is not up there with the best that have done.

Beautiful shot, bit of a shoehorn to the topic, though. Wonderful colors. In the right challenge I'd have scored this much higher.

Cool! I saw this kind of bug for the first time today. I wonder what it is. As for the shot, it's nicely exposed and composed with good DOF. Could've used some noise reduction as the background looks too grainy for this kind of shot.
