 Looks like I got a low score on this one because I didn't pan or motion blur the shot, at least there are no other comments to suggest otherwise.

Maybe I interpreted the challenge wrong?

The brief said: Show us something that conveys speed, be it high speed, low speed, cruising speed... but please don't include Sandra Bullock ;)

Now, in my opinion a picture of a Racing Car conveys speed. Nobody said the object in the picture had to look as if it was traveling fast. So, how anyone can look at a picture of a racing car and not associate it with speed is beyond me, even if the car was parked, which is obviously not the case in my picture!
