 There are 2 images here: the buildings are one, and the sky another.
Yes the "clash" is for real: this is the new addition to the ROM - Royal Ontario Museum, at Bloor St., Toronto.

Levels, hue/saturation, color balance, contrast/brightness, curves, then rip out the "old" white sky. Layer the new sky from another image.
Clone wires on the metal roof, crop, re-size, USM.

Have you tried Pho Hung across the street on the second floor? Might I sugest the number 22 and a sour sop milkshake.

Nice idea of framing old with new. It would be nice to see more sun highlight on the building.
