Flash to the right of frame, off camera with a reflective umbrella. Shutter at about 1/30 on 28mm lens. The background is blurred from panning, the model is blurred from twisting of the swing. She is also frozen because of the flash.

This is not a photoshop effect. I know not everyone will like the choice.

I don't know that this one convey's speed as much as a blurred image ... but gosh, she's gorgeous and the effect simply works, so I'm giving it an 8.

the chain in the middle is a bit distracting.
