 A last minute shoot with Taylor aftera a day at the zoo didn't give me the results I'd hoped for. It was too hot and every smart animal was sound asleep :/ Anyway.... decided to pull Tay into the studio to try out an idea & a lighting technique. Loved several of the images, but this one fits the challenge best, I hope.
Softboxes very close to her on left and right, bare strobe lighting background, mini-leaf blower moving her hair, edited for a dreamy look. Breif description, but there really wasn't much to it.

Tough crowd. :) Good image, Cin - have to agree with some of the comments - more detail / more wing, better expression - she looks caught off guard. Wondering if BW mighta helped.

good pose and illumination on her face - really solid work - the photo really captures that almost but not quite innocent feel of a young girl turning into a young woman...

AH, one of a very few that actually embraced the literal part of the challenge. Im proud of you for doing that. I wish she had a different expression though. other then that its a great photo.
