For sharpless side challenge. This is from last December. We heard a persisiting tapping/hammering on a tree outside our house Christmas moring. When this bird gets going, his head looks blurred to the naked eye as well as to the camera.

Admittedly, a bit of camera shake is visible too despite vibration reduction (hey, it was cold on the balcony, the light wasn't great, and there weren't many options for better positioning).

When not moving, he is sharper:
