 This was taken by placing a computer monitor (as the light source) behind some marbles, and then photographing the marbles using a small aperture. The original photo of the butterfly and flower that was displayed on the computer monitor was also backlit.

Now that's cool! I assume the marbles between panes of glass. The changing perspectives on the butterfly are fascinating. I'm very curious about the distances you used to set this up. Nice work.

Not sure what´s causing it but the lack of sharpness is hurting this photo in my opinion. Wether that´s cause the subject is just blurry by nature or lack of focus doesn´t really matter.
