Great pic, I love the mood!
however, what about this not-so-nice lens flare, running outside of the black border? |

Love this shot.
Does look a little sordid though, :D |

a super image. well done indeed. the blur works very well here - adding to the candid, filmic quality. nice one. |

this was our biggest fear. haha. we've seen too many scary movies. |

Another happy accident -- very cool and Holga-esque.
I carry one of those mini-maglites (it's about two inches long and runs on one AAA battery) in my bag. |

Speaking of trespassing... you look like you got caught with that backwards glance and just a hint of a smile! Love it slightly oof. Love the pose of Lorrin as well. Great idea, boredom has it's rewards, apparently :) |

The softness of the focus and the poses of the two of you seem to add a lot of mystery to ths image. Had you not explained what was going on, it would have been just as good, maybe even better to try to figure it out with only the clues in the image.
Most lenses that can be manually focused have the focal distances marked on the focus ring. If there is enough light at the camera to see the numbers, it can be useful for this sort of shot if you want it in focus. I carry a tiny flashlight in my bag for setting the camera while shooting in low light.
Thanks for the link, and thank you for the fav. |

This is cool! your look makes the shot and kinda gives it that feel like you are somewhere you shouldn't be and just got caught but you don't care.
Also I think this look could be "come on I hope this is in focus and the timer is set right..." :) |

Your bad luck works to your advantage!!
Great pose and and expressions.
The soft focus is film like.
Toning is very rural or real.
Exceptional Luck!!! |
