This picture is blurred. You tried to sharpen it, but a picture like this can not be saved in PS. What's worse, I can't even see what te guy is doing. I a sorry to say this is a really bad picture. (2)

Too blurred, perhaps just having the ax moved would have been sufficient. Now sure how this meets the challenge.

Not sure how this fits the breif? I like the emotion captured in the face though, looks more scared than sacred.

I have no idea what your shot has to do with sacred... but I really like it. I give you a 10, trying to compensate for the voters who think it's to blurry...
