A nice image but feels to me that I'm admiring the creativity of the artist that produced the ornament rather than the creativity on the part of the photographer.

Whilst this is a wonderful technical shot of this statuette, there is a rule about 'artwork' which refers to literal photographic representations which this infringes blatantly. Technically, though, highly competent work.

very nicly lit and sharp focus. seems to be floating on the background though, and i find that distracting.
