I feel like I'm on Clint Eastwoods movie set. Low lighting is not distributed well, the light is not ambient enough, but a lovely scene and nicely composed.
Back for 2nd comment, I was looking at your specs and you should try this again with a slower shutter speed, say...something around 5 seconds or so. I only boost the ISO if I'm indoors. :)

| Seems a little overly processed to me. Especially in the middle and around the bench. I does look like an interesting building though. |
