nice shot, very visually appealing...
however, isn't this a basic editing contest?
It looks like the saturation was removed from the main layer minus the sign, with the sky in sepia...good luck though |

| I like the composition and the scene, but I think this would have been a much stronger photo in black and white or color. The choice of hues here is somewhat disturbing and distracting. 6. |
