Excellent interpretation of "Urban Landscape". More than a cityscape. Not just a street shot. Well executed as well.

I like the composition, the arch, and the feel of movement in the water. I especially like the lines leading to the city, then across to the arch. My eye keeps getting drawn to the blown out lights on the bridge though. Balancing the lights and sky is one of the things I struggle with when I do night photography too. You might be able to solve that by shooting a few minutes earlier (assuming this is evening). But otherwise, very nice.

Wow. Greta leading lines. They draw the eye right to the arch. Wonderful colors too. 9 from me.

Perhaps cropping up just enough to exclude the lower left column top would remove its slight detraction.

A little less sky I think would have benefited the composition but otherwise...I like the perspective and love the golden glow to the image...8

nice view, and I actually like how the bridge is framing the corner of the picture. But the light flare is a bit distracting in the upper corner.
