Here is an explanation of my ribbon-giving power:
Step 1: De Sousa waved his hand over my head a few times.
Step 2: I know enough photoshop to make an image that looks kind of like a ribbon.
But anyone can go onto this thread and give out their own ribbons. No handwaving or graphics needed. |

and i dont want to be ignorant, but who has the power to give such ribbons and can someone just explain the posthumous ribbon in general. thank you :) |

Wow, this is so under appreciated. i had given it a 10 during voting. I'm happy that you got a posthumous ribbon. Well deserved. Congrats. |

Wow. I love this photo, right down to the pointy shoes.
ok, I've agonized over this long enough. There are two photos in this challenge that can hardly be called landscapes but are two of the best photos I've seen on dpc. But with the justification that they fit the notion of "urban landscape" at least on a metaphorical level, I will give them both a yellow ribbon. Guess what? Yours is one of them.

I don't get it. I guess Posted means something. I don't find this much of a landscape either. |

The lighting is harsh and it's the top of their heads is not that interesting. |

Nice - I like the angle and it's nice to see people as the subject for a change - people within the urban landscape. I also love her tiny feet!! |

interesting choice here, not sure what story it tells with only seeing 2 of the participants |

Hmmm lighting too harsh for my liking, I think I would've liked best if I could see more of the scene. |

I see urban - maybe I'm dense, but I don't see "lanscape." |

I love this. The angle, the stance of the guys against the car. The colors. I have some question about the "burn" around the woman's feet. Yet the composition is nice. |
