 Taken at International Friendship Gardens in Michigan City. We spent over two hours there in the heat and humidity taking pictures! I have about 5 or 6 I could have posted but reduced it to two.

I took a ton of pictures there, especially this one. The flowers in background were moving due to wind and I wanted to get the main flower right in the middle. Later I moved the green that's touching main flower and sun came out, illuminating it even more. I must have missed something, because that whole series was a bit blown out.

As I've said so many times in the past, I love your processing technique on this! It looks almost 3D; not quite like a photograph, not quite like a painting, more like I'm looking at the real thing! And as always, many thanks for listing your processing steps :-)

Wowee - the yellow background makes the pinks and greens just jump out of the photo! Wonderful image. Very bright, but not blown, in my opinion.

Spectacular. Artificial looking due to the heightened colors, which when intentional is a strength and not a weakness. So vibrant, like a Japanese painting on glass.

I have a tendency to NOT want to take pics in heat and humidity lol. Nice contrast of the red against the yellow background.

WOW .. WOW .. WOW ... this is intense .. the colours are absolutely amazing .. so dramatic and so beautiful .. and if you cant choose which image to put in here then put them all !!! ... this is a joy to behold .. i'm waxing all lyrical ... and its a flower pic too!! ... i'm not a huge fan of flower pics .. even tho i do a fair amount myself .. that's only coz i dont get out enough !! :)
