I like the framing on this shot, the composition is nice and the parrot is nicely colored.I like the lighting in the photo, the only problem I see is that you lost a bit of detail around the beak. But I do not see it taking away from the photo much if at all..
Good detail in both the hand and the feathers, and good tonality through the whole photo. |

Cropping looks a little awkward. IMHO it almost always looks odd when the subject is looking out of the frame rather than into it...
