I am unsure of what exactly your picture is trying to get across. I know the title is phobia but, of what. I also think reducing the reddish orange coloring and cropping out some more of the door and counter could have improved the image a bit.

Love colours certainly mirror the mood.
Nice shot, i don't usually like these types, but i do this.
I think it's the tiles leading upto and continuing from the bath that seem to add a sense of clastraphobia to it.

is there a fear of dimly lit bathrooms? or being in a tub with your clothes on? well aside from the fact that i have no idea what phobia you're trying to convey i like the setup and execution /8

I think a tighter cropping to remove the vanity and door would have added focus to your proimary subject.
