the foreground is a bit distracting to me and it seems a bit bright to me, nice clean sky thou

Nice shot - Like the tones - Just wish there was a little more foreground interest - Cropping more of the sky off gives this image some much needed impact.

i like night shots of cities - but the foreground - especially the bottom left corner with the blow out lights - is a distraction
