 Hand held macro using my new Nikon SB800 flash. I've always taken macros using, for the most part, available light only. It is thrilling to have quality portable illumination. I'm just beginning to have fun with this thing.

I was trying to think small and interesting. Color and texture got me to...well...my toothbrush.

I have a random photo generator that I cribbed from a Forum (thanks to art roflmao, hope you don't mind.

My first attempt led me to this photo and I promised myself that wherever I land I will comment , so here goes,

Love the colours , the focus is spot on , subject matter under normal circumstances , not interesting but in this case it works.
