Despite (or maybe because of) the blur, that dog's facial expression is wonderful This is a really interesting image. |

Wish I could add something not already said, but wow... it's just great as it is. The pensive and inquisitive mood, the processing, the border, the composition...just fabulous. |

Excellent catch! The expression on the girls face makes the pic, and it would not be noticed if the dog was sharp. I like the desat, and the frame for this too. |

I love it when photographers nail the title. I looked at the photo (before I saw your title) and thought 'big dog'. Then I look down and there it is - big dog indeed. The positioning is of course brill. Great photo! |

Oh, what a GREAT photo!!! That beautiful little girl is barely as big as the dog! I love the blur on the dog because it makes her expression jump out at you even more. This is one photo that truly was made a million times better by the "not-sharp" thing! Awesome!

Excellent! Just love the tilt to the little girls head as if questioning what you are doing. And that big dog sure looks protective of her. Great photography! |

Everything's blurry in all the right ways here. What a fantastic image - great processing, too. |

a very nice image indeed, lesley. the cool tones work particularly well, and the composition is great. the beast reminds me a little of a boerbull i met at the kraal at mpande. he was almost to my waist, and when he stepped on my toe, he broke it. that's one big dog... |

First you were channeling xion, now xianart. Methinks you need a new username that starts with an "x". :-) Seriously, though, this works well in my opinion. I like the inquisitive looks from both the young lady and the big dog. |
