 Scrambling for something to shoot tonight so I thought I'd try out my new flash (Nikon SB800) with some macro work. One word..WOW! I never knew an external flash could make such a huge difference. I cropped the heck out of this so that I could get a square crop that looked decent. I'm thrilled with the result. The full-sized image is below. I LOVE my camera!!!!

Really nice job on the macro. I bought a decent flash a year ago and still am amazed at the job it does. If your flash has it, try bouncing it off ceiling at different angles, etc.
