From critique club.
I gave this image high score for the interesting idea.
Qualitywise, I wonder why at f=8 the background is so sharp? Also the shadows on the lion are blending with the shadows of the building - this leads to missconception. And finally, I am not too confident in this bronze green - in reality it usually looks differently but I won't insist on that ;-) |

If you would have just cropped out the lower half of this photo entirely and have Leo's head facing out onto a vast blue empty sky this picture would have been more emotive. Buildings on lower left are a distraction. |

Great lighting and detail on the lion; the buildings make an interesting background. |

Fits the theme, interesting pov, think I like it better without the two white buildings. |

A little too much shadowing and the angle is weird. |

too much of the building hides the outline of the lion..... otherwise, great colors

Too much post processing. Notice the noise in the sky on the left. |

Nice composition and colors. I'm wondering why you didn't isolate the lion more? I guess either your couldn't or it looked boring. I do like this shot so don't take my comment wrong. Good luck in the challenge. |

nice idea, I would apply less sharpening - the sky is little grainy |
