Love the juxtaposition of youth and innocence, on the one hand, and rebellion on the other. Great!!!.

I'm hoping the 'gesture' is accidental. I guess it's funny but something I'd avoid posting for a challenge photo.

Nice capture, I'm not a huge fan of the selective desat here but it does certainly center him. 5

It will interesting to see where this ends up. First off, it's a fun, cute image with a slightly subliminal, leading title. Is the kid flipping the bird, or he is checking out a fresh boogie on his finger? I'd guess the second. :P

Technically you have a cute engaging subject, with very nice bg bokeh. The downside is the DOF is a tad short IMO. This would be stronger with the boy's face well focused in addition to his hand. Is the slightly OOF face enough to knock this down a bit in score? Hmmm. Find out in less than a week or so. :D

I can't say this one speask to me. In a way I see the humor, but on a personal note, this image just doesn't grab me. What is for next month, the same kid with a bong pipe? A gun?

Pciture wise it is decent. Focus is on the finger, not the face and I am guessing that is by design. If so then I think you captured it well as it is the basis for the title. Lighting in the back is bad though with bright spots that are distractors. Lighting on the face is good but I wish I could see the eyes more. the shirt is of course a distraction as I have to read it, but with this kid I find it to be true.

Hide the guns and the drugs, as his shirt says, he is getting worse......6

I can't help wonder if it might have been better with the focus on the face and shirt?
