I think this is great shot. I bet it would have scored very well in a "blurry" challenge and I suspect the reason it did not score well here is because it does not conform to the stereotypic "street photo". There is lot of things to look at in this photo; elements, colors, shapes, action, etc. The plant in the foreground is great. This is not tongue in cheek at all.

Man... after seeing "Water Lilies" in a museum (where it really does impact one more than seeing a reproduction in a textbook) I have to say that this really, just.....
It's beautiful, it's brilliant, it deserves to be in a museum too.

Reflections are cool. :) There's lots of lively movement through this shot.

I think aquired tastes are so hidden beneath those irrelevent scores, and this is what memories look like.

Don, I really like this. I get the feeling of motion stopped. The feeling that everything is moving and then suddenly stops before you have a chance to focus your eyes. I think this is one of your better shots. Great job.

You blew the voters minds, although most where very small pops, kinda like squeezing bubble wrap. Way too artistic for some..

Waaaay to cerebral for a challenge.

Great shot though -- the flowers in the lower left make it.

So near but so far. Attractive image though.

Well, I gave it a 6. I really liked the originality of it.

While I did not score your photo very high, I still feel it should have totally beat out quite a number of higher placed photos simply because those other 'higher placed photos' had no sense of 'Street Photography'. And besides, the title and effect are totally genius!

I'm warped... I always look from the last forward...
This one caught my eye right away, first thought was, "what is THIS doing way down HERE??"... then I saw who it was by, thought "ahhh, perfectly Posthumous", but I still don't know what it's doing way down HERE!!
(btw, I nominated it for a Posthumous Award :D )

way too blurry, sorry.

This is an interesting capture but the blur does not work for me. I would rather have seen something in focus and the blur being attributed to the reflections of moving people.

Blurry throughout. No sense of subject.

Sorry don't like this - it's not in focus and there isn't very much to make it interesting

Interesting colors. The blur gives it a feeling of being a painting.

OK I have to be honest and say that this image really doesnt do it for me. I confess I nearly auto reacted and hit a 2, but then considered that although i may not be to my taste - fortunately for the world - I am not the arbiter of what is good and what isnt and I reckon there will be some people who love this. It meets the challenge in an interesting and unique way. Not something that I would really enjoy looking at for a period of time but there are qualities in it.

I do not like the through-the-blurry-window look of this photo. Aesthetically, it is just not there, nothing to enjoy when looking at it. Sorry!

Love the blur. The colours are so pretty - like a painting.
