 I was undecided whether to submit this or one cropped to the right of the stroller and just below the saxaphone. I thought this looked more like street photography. The contrast is way too high, but when I tried reducing it the picture got too washed out.

You title leads me to believe that the water play is the subject of interest. However, the street musician grabs my attention away from the kids in the water.

Nice capture - But the shot is a little too fussy with lots going on and the composition needs some work.

I like the near silhouette of the folks in front and the activity in the background. A very busy shot, but effective because of that.
