 okay guys... the rain has been on again off again for so long now that i no longer remember a day with out rain! so i drove around the downtown and warehouse districts, with my camera on my lap today, hoping something would happen while at a stop light! this area of downtown is pretty new, and has been built up to create more foot traffic to the area and to encourage smart-growth. The result is lots of new condos and stores. in this pic what you see are both sides of the street: the groovy store, with the condos from across the street reflected in the condos above the store; and the coffee shop on the ground floor with condos above. my description is very convoluted! you'll just have to figure this one out yourselves! best of luck!

I was doing the same thing Saturday, I had to take advantage of a sunny day (even though it rained a little). I love this reflection shot! The colors are amazing...I am crossing my fingers we get a lot more sunny days like this!

I love the two images here. Such a great effect (for a while I was unsure whether I was looking at some kind of reflection which had been caught in one image)

What good seeing. The picture looks rather ordinary until you really look at it and then you see its interesting layers and depth.

Yeah... Got it, I think. It has been rainy. I'm still waiting to complete the lawn mowing job I started today. Nice photo. I like the way the condos are framed by being reflected in the windows of the building that's a condo over the coffee shop. Hope you got something great for the Street Photography Challenge.

This is really put together very well. The reflected condos are clean and crisp (especially for a reflection)and yet the store front beneath is also sharp.
