Composition: Subject Placement, Cropping, Background very good,
Technical: Focus, Exposure: a bit to much overexposed sidewalk

I like the connection between the title and the image. Good titles, such as this one, support the image and don't act as crutch. (i.e. they act as an explanation).

The angle is a little plain and I suspect you took this shot from across the street. One of the challenges for this type of subject is getting up the nerve to talk to the person you are photographing. It does take away some of the spontaneity but it does help you "see" the subject better and better empathize with them.
