 I finally broke down today and bought a lensbaby - largely so that I could contribute to this 30 day challenge. This was one of my first photos using the lens. I'm so nervous about working with manual focus. But I love some of the results I've seen with it.

This is a fun pic. Looks like something you might see in a dream. I've seen some pics with lensbaby's - I think you are gonna have some fun!

I hadn't heard of that side challenge, what a great idea! (I looked through some of the photos, they're so unique & all have such depth to them). This is a great shot, I didn't even know there was a lens out there that could do this, it's very cool!

Wonderful photo - all your photos are so interesting. I hope you can continue the 50 Day side, despite the others. I'm doing the 30 Day Blur, too.

I only use manual focus and just figure any defaults will only teach me. (I'm a trial and error kind of girl... not always a good thing, lol.) I've just recently been hearing about the lensbaby, and think it's cool. I love the effect of this guy's expression with the lens. I wish I could think of uses for myself that could justify the spendage. Let me know... really!

I'll have to read more about the lensbaby, though I'm already beginning to recognize photos taken with it. This photo is VERY cool.

I'll miss your contributions and comments if you go, but do what you must! Like you, I don't feel I've made this 50 Day challenge very personal (not since Day 1), but it is what it is. :-)
