| I like this, a lot, and nice the way you managed to catch two different types of yellow cab. The soft focus works surprisingly. I'll have to remember that trick next time I'm shaking too much to get a steady shot after too much coffee. I think the increased sat is what really sells it though, two such iconic colours of NY brough tos vividly to the fore |

| I really like the soft focus used here, it adds to what I'm sure was a hectic street scene. The soft focus slows everything down & makes it really stand out...I was such a tourist last time I visited NYC & just HAD to ride in a yellow taxi :) |

| I like the softness. It makes it look like you took the photo thru a window. It mutes the rush and anxiety associated with the emergency vehicle. Also what is catching my eye is that taxi cabs sure do look different these days lol. |

Your approach sounds a lot like mine. Take a shot and hope that by the time I dump it, it has magically made its self into pulitzer prize material. :)
