 Very last minute. When I first saw the challenge, I read it too fast and thought it said "extreme motion." I couldn't think of anything for that, so I went the whole week thinking I'd just skip this challenge. But when I re-read it I had to try something. :)

Now I see the original entry. I'm sure the selective desat outtake would have gotten abused a bit, but between the two I find myself thinking its the stronger shot.

While this does convey emotion and the photo is well taken, it lacks originality. I'd suggest spending more time exploring different ways to convey a meaning.
