i thought this was a great imnage during the challenge, and sorry it didn't fit the bill for many "purists" in the DPC crowd..
that pup is just waiting for that tennis ball to say or do something!!
Love it!
btw, try a tighter crop from the top- bring it down to just below the pup's left ear, across the top of his head (it's 2 downward rolls on my mouse)...I think it gives his stare more impact

| I tried this a dark animal on white carpet should be a great photo but i do not know why some plans just come up short. It is the lighting in this case which for me was my issue. Lets see more of fido face |

| I'm not voting on this one because I don't want to give a really low score. This is not a Still Life. A Still Life requires an arrangement of inanimate objects. |

| why the heck did you enter that? It is not a still life, it's of bad technical quality (noisy, overexposed, unsharp), tilted and badly cropped. it's not even cute or funny. |
