too dark to understand / see what it is all about. try no flash or less flash and longer exposure.

Sign is overlit. A longer exposure with less light on the sign would bring out a bit more detail around it (like exactly where are the tracks).

I like how you have captured the red lights just where tha arrow points at them. The light on the signs is a bit too bright, especially in contrast with the darkness of the photo. Cropping out some of the blackness on the right, bottom and left would focus the composition better.

Try leaving the shutter open longer with no flash.
