There wasn't much I could do about that gravestone. This was my only chance to get into the cemetary, I should have come later or amybe even earlier, but no. I had to leave when I did, get my new pants and shoes dirty and take this work of art. Thank you for voting!

the large gravestone on teh right is blown out, the far background is too dark - probably a sunny day, but not exposed well. the sign and graveyard are a nice combo, but the composition is a bit weak.

Good catch.

A rather cluttered image, was there another angle that could have simplified the message.

Very ironic. White stones are blown out and it seems that the rest of the photo could use more contrast. A tough situation to be in. Part of the phoot needs more contrast, the other part needs less exposure. Good find on the sign though.

Good subject but I don't like the center placement of the sign.

Great thought...different angle ....different time of day...might have been a better extension of the idea...but all in all.... it "work's for me"...

Irony...Realistically, I can't seem to understand why they would put that sign there. Shot foreground is a bit cluttered for me. Maybe a different angle?

Nice juxtapostion, and the black and white was a good choice.

there is a street nearby us - called cemetary rd - which is also a dead end. i didnt use it for this challenge because of all the distractions in the BG

Too bad the highlights on the stones are blown. Very appropriate sign for the location. Might have been better to come back at different time of day when the lighting wasn't as harsh. Perhaps also a perspective where the sign isn't so centered. Possibly lower to the ground would also be a bit more dramatic.

I hope you didn't see this one before...

That's so wrong, yet so funny! Too bad that there is so much going on in the picture, and maybe a little too much light from the headstones. But nice title and good take on challenge though. good luck!
