I guess the emotion was all mine, the two older girls. Nearest, my 12 year old daughter and my wife behind. I never thought I'd see them on point together. Proud Papa - Hubby

Good composition, but not very clear and sharp. Ballerinas rarely exhibit emotion, so this is a tough choice to work with.

I have no idea what a Degas is, and I would think the emotional value of this is very narrow, meaning only a small group of people would understand. I also think the image is a bit dark and would have liked to see more sharpness of the models.

Nice shot, and it is like a Degas. However, it doesn't really portray extreme emotion to me. It elicites some emotion in my, but it is not captured in the picture.

To be honest when I see this photo, I don't really see an emotion. It looks more to me as an out of focus photo. There may be something specially emotional about this ballet formation, but as someone who doesn't really know ballet I wouldn't understand the emotion.
