lol when i saw the thumbnail i was thinking this was one of those DPC voting friendly pics. You should have done it! Of course, I did not look yet to see if you did enter anything or not.
The dark background really enhances the unfriendly feeling of being locked out. |

| I love the contrasting colors of the padlock, and the other shades of metal, too. The way you've cropped the gate makes it seem like a cross. Nice deep blacks in the background. |

| It may not do well in still life, but it's well done and nice story to get with it. I like the composition, and the fact that the part of gate you captured is actually a cross makes it interesting. |

| Yaaay and a very good photo at that. I love the slightly duller sheen on the chain than that on the padlock arm and the focus is spot on. Very interesting and attractive compositional elements as well |
