Exquisite. The raft appears to be floating in space. This makes me think of something I just read in the wonderful book Looking at Photographs, regarding the odd way in which photography fools our senses. Our eye sees what our sensibility rejects. I only wish the tree wasn't there. It doesn't detract too much but I think I would like this photo better without.
Edited for spelling and to comment that I didn't realize Jon had already made a similar comment regarding the tree.

| nice reflection ellen! clone out the tree branches, and see what happens. bet it makes this pop. |

| This is an amazing shot and I think it would be even more dynamic without the foreground branch, which would render the subject almost ethereal with little context on which to place it. Excellent observation. |
