oh she's a beautiful latina(?), her dreamy look gives a good contrast to the cityscape in the background. i also like the fact, that you did'nt choose a lower perspective to bring in the sky/horizon, which would have probably destroyed the composition. well done, a 7

the lighting is too uniform, some more direction might enhance the drama and natural complexion.

I don't like the top of her head being cut off, i think if it was slightly re-composed it would have more impact. Nice shot though.
