Very harsh lighting. Some of the pixels on the left side of the face and arm are completely blown. The same shot at a different time of day, or using a reflector and a much faster shuter speed would have probably done wonders. |

Very strong contrast. To my mind it's a bit distracting. Maybe pulling a shade on the window would have softened it a bit or a reflector on the "dark" side of your subject's face to even out the lighting a bit. |
