 The riverfront in my town, this evening (about 60 minutes before posting). There was a bit of smoke and haze for some reason tonight. In the upper left corner of the photo, you can see some white dots, which are stars.

Tonight, I went out with my family for a snack at one of the many little eateries along the riverfront and took out a few minutes to snap this photo.

Great sense of stillness in the foreground of this shot which is wonderful when you see the sodium haze from what you assume is a buzzing town in the background

Really like the gost like reflections that are cast in the water by the first two boats (and which to be honest i thought would have been almost impossible to capture given the lack of lighting and the mist)

That yellow-orange cast makes it look like there's a huge fire over to the left. Kind of scary, really. Good night shot, though. I like it very much.
