Other people shoot that big rock out in California, or the northern lights in Iceland, and you shoot your staircase. It works. You have done some wonderful compositions with it, and while similar, they aren't the same. Keep it up. |

Oh, I love these photos. This is great Jeffrey! Top 20 in this challenge is good! It turned out to be very high scoring, didn't it! Congratulations!

very nice shot. Yes, it was a high scoring challenge to score 16th with a 6.5. :( |

Wow, it certainly looks like a spiral keyboard! Beautiful. |

Great choice of perspective for this shot. I don't understand the '2' vote. |

THis is great. Plays tricks on my eyes. Took a bit to work out exactly what it was. 10 |

Definitely a very photogenic staircase. Gotta say I don't think I want to climb it, though! |

Jeffrey, I have to admit this is a great shot. It shows very, very well. I'm going to skip voting, 'cause I can't be unbiased, but I'd probably give you a 9 if I did. I suspect you'll get enough to make up for mine :-) Good luck and hope this one makes top 10. |

I assume this is yours, Jeff (unless someone is stalking you at work). Looks like this staircase works well for you! My only complaint is that I've seen it several times before. Don't get me wrong, if I ever find a subject that consistently scores well I'll keep using it too! |

I like this photo but it also confuses me. I can't figure it out. It is very abstract. Looks like a spiral staircase but tell us later what and how. |

I think I recognise this - a fabulous staircase, Levy? Either way, fits the theme spot on, and photographed with considerable skill. I love the way the composition sucks the viewer in, as though in to a vortex. |

Not very attractive lighting, and my archnemesis "the jaggies" seems to be wreaking havoc with your diagonal lines. |

It really does look like a keyboard!
Jeffrey? Is this yours? Is that building open to the public? I'd love to see that staircase next month. |
