I'm not altogether happy with this shot. I think the light is flat. I'll be very interested to see what comments this recieves.

These are real. The background is an Amethyst Geode, black sand pours out, sprinkled with Ametrine, Topaz, SMokey Quartz, and Rutilated Quartz.

USM,Levels, B&C, Selective colour adjusted full image.

Cropped.

Spot edited, to remove a stone that was out of focus and adjust a bright spot on the topaz.

Second duplicate layer used at 50% for further similar adjustments.

High quality stuff. Great shot. Very well framed and excellent exposure. The cut jems on the bottom are a little to arranged for my tastes. That takes nothing away from your technical prowess. Good work 8
