 met this sweet creature at one of Austin's most hip coffee joints: Jo's. Jo's is on South Congress Ave, right smack in the middle of many fun store and restaurants. Any time of day you can swing by and see people on sitting on the patio (that's al there is... no inside!) chatting with friends, reading, or busy on their laptops. During SXSW and ACL Fest this joint is jumpin', for sure- all the folks need their coffee to get going after a late night of good tunes.

Good capture of a sweet face, indeed. Good DOF, with the important focus on the eyes (and funny enough on the teeth, too). I like the gray in his muzzle and eyebrows -- just like my own! :-]

Austin sounds nice. Thanks for the glimpse, and for sharing the additional photos of the other dog and of Jo's.

Heh, another Austinite!!!! Great focus and DOF on the doggy. People and dog watching anywhere along Congress is a treat.

Stop... I'm already homesick and I need a cuppa jo right now. If you're going to ACL Fest come by and say hi. I'll be working handicap access to the AT&T stage on Friday and Saturday and AMD stage on Sunday.
