 Took this with my new small Sony DSC-H2. Used PS CS2 to crop, sharpen, brighten (levels, and increase saturation). Cloned out a blemish in the middle flower. Used Noise Ninja to remove noise.

The focus and contrasting colors are so amazing I imagine it will finish in at least the top 20.

Great contrast. Maybe a tad overprocessed, but I think that is just personal preference.

This is a nice macro, the wasps back looks like it's had some processing done on it though, did you use neat image? Overall the composition is good but it seems over processed and a little harsh.

Wow, this is exceptional and I expect even in a challenge with over 600 votes to see this score very well and find itself in the top ten. The detail in the wing is incredible. Beautiful colors. You really nailed this one! 10
