 crop, resize, clone out dust on chrome bumper and tire, exposure, saturation, shadow highlights on whole image for tire tread to show a bit, flatten, USM.

The reflection in the bumper of a late 50's Chevy is of a modern Corvette. It was a sunny partly cloudy day at XXX Root Beer Drive-In in Issaquah which was hosting an all Chevy car show. I found it interesting that the Corvette's reflection shows in several parts of the late 50's Chevy's chrome.

I'm usually not a big fan of car wheel reflection shots, but I do like the lower left hand quadrant of your image. I think its the contrast of the sky and the yellow car that appeals to me. My eyes tend to stay on that part and don't even look at the right hand side of your image.
