Local path, found some trees that look like they match the dichotomy description. I kind of like this one and hope it does well but we will see!

Levels, Contrast, neat image, sharpen, Apply image screen, duplicate, blur, overlay duplicate, multiply, clones a few leaves over houses showing through trees, size, enter.
Definition used for the shot: In botany, a dichotomy is a mode of branching by repeated bifurcation. Thus a focus on branching rather than division. |

| I love the softness of the greens. Not sure how this fits dichotomy though so comment only - no vote. |

| I like the idea - a couple of days ago even the shade wasn't much of a relief here. The only thing that does not work for me is that there seems to be too much softness in the photo. I can understand wanting to blend the shade in with the beautiful green background but I would have liked to see the leaves and trees a little sharper. |
