 In rawshooter essentials auto all except white balance. In photoshop: select the shells and copy in a new layer. on the body, curves, levels, skin softner, glamour action, clean out some little point and line. on the shells, usm, saturation. rotation and framing.

Lovely shells--not sure the belly button/skin are an improvement over sand. Good color & composition.

Really impressive dof here, the shells are very sharp and then the skin beneath immediately becomes much much soft.

I wonder if you had covered the belly button with a shell how many people would have realised it was skin

The lighting is very strange coming from the bottom of the image. Perspective is also upside down with the top of the image closer to the camera.
