Ok, fine, might get a couple of dnmc's, but I love these animals, and they were to become extinct, that would be a real nightmare.
Shot at the zoo, sorry for all you
wildlife purists out there.

Fine maybe it didn't meet the challenge perfectly, but 4.7?? Puhleeeeze
Shot in RAW, and this time I checked twice to make sure the vignette slider was off!
Not much PP, just some levels, curves, brightness and contrast, then resized. Personally I like the rich colours in this one, but not everyone might appreciate them.
I'd estimate this at around a 5.8, but judging some people might dnmc it and my tendency to overrate my own shots, it'll probably get a lot lower than that.
Whatever.

| While this is a fine picture, it doesn't aptly convey the nightmare you had. How does the picture of a cheetah show the viewer that his kind is extinct? |

| A very noble nightmare but seems to me like it barely fits the challenge. I like the lighting and contrast. Focus seems a bit off. |

| Good title...otherwise it wouldn't have worked as well. The cheetah has a solemn look that I like (poor little cheetah). |
